My Japanese Home offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the following countries.

Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, India, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Hong Kong, Philippines.
 

Our products are shipped directly by our suppliers. We operate with several suppliers from different locations, so your products may be delivered separately.

The estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks depending on the supplier's and the customer’s location.

A tracking number is provided once the product has been shipped so that the customer may know their order’s status at all time.

IMPORTANT NOTE : depending on circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may take longer than expected.

 

Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

If you live in EU country, you can ask us for your invoice. It would get your parcel released for free because your order includes 23% VAT.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at My Japanese Home. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Tracking info shows your package was delivered, but you never received it

We know how important your order is! My Japanese Home provides our customers with the option to track their package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received them, please, check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but My Japanese Home does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit after arriving in the destination country. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
