Zafu Abashiri

The Zafu Abashiri´s ideal for cross-legged postures in meditation sessions, yoga, retreats, pilates, or practices at home, it´s manufactured by hand, it´s ideal for people up to 1.90m (6,2´). It has a handle for transport.  Its exterior´s a washable cover, by hand or machine cold (or up to 30ºC maximum), so you always have it as the first day. Both the outer and inner covers´re made of cotton.
The offered position´s very ergonomic and adapts to the body of each one in a natural way, reducing the spinal compression and allowing its energy to flow freely. When sitting on the edge your hips´ll move forward, allowing a correct alignment of your spine and resting your legs. This posture´ll help you open your chest and lungs, making breathing easier.
