This is all you need to learn to meditate at home:
1.-A zafu like the Zafu Akkeshi.
2.- A quiet place where you won´t be bothered or disturbed during your practice.
3.- A space of time for you that isn´t less than 10 minutes. The great thing would be that you get used to practicing daily, at least, 15 minutes per session and to be able to reach 30 minutes of practice. Would be the best. You must decide if it´s better for you in the morning at first hour or before going to bed. In our case, we prefer the first hour of the morning...but it goes in tastes and options. The case is to do it, Do not you think?
With these simple elements, you would be ready or willing to learn to meditate at home without any problem.
