Ladle Colander Itabashi

The Itabashi is a handmade Japanese ladle colander crafted from bamboo, measuring 18 x 40.5 cm (7.1" x 15.9"). A colander ladle lets you lift food out of the pot while the liquid drains away, and the long bamboo handle keeps a natural, traditional feel at the stove.

Why you'll love it

• Handmade – each ladle colander is made by hand from bamboo.
• Long bamboo handle – a total length of 40.5 cm (15.9") for easy reach into the pot.
• Lift and drain – scoop food out while the liquid runs back into the pan.
• Natural bamboo – a light material with a warm Japanese look.
